What are the best ways to maintain the Revolution Aluminum trailer?

Regularly drain moisture from reservoir tank. Inflate tires to specified PSI. Check mounting nuts for appropriate torque. Check wheel-ends for leaks. Make regular brake adjustments. Inspecting wiring and connections often and ensure they are clear of debris and still tight. Inspect all valves for leaks. It is also best practice to maintain a regular cleaning schedule for your trailer. Refer to the owner's manual for specific maintenance procedures.

Is there an alternative floor configuration?

Yes! If the grooved floor is not ideal for your application, we can offer a smooth top floor without grooves. However, this will eliminate the ability to use the sliding load securement options unique to the Revolution. If you need a “heavier” floor for certain applications, we can use the same floor panels that are used in the coil area for the full length of the floor. This will add some cost and weight to the trailer, and typically is not necessary, but it is an option.
